Where is France’s Silicon Valley? In Paris-Saclay of course! Welcome to the plateau, one of the coolest places to be for a budding entrepreneur by combining higher education, innovation and research… France’s famous “Grandes Ecoles”, the equivalent of Stanford, MIT, and Ivy Leagues are here a stone’s throw from each other, grouped under one roof within the prestigious University of Paris-Saclay… 

When one thinks student, one thinks “party time”! The students are no different here than elsewhere, letting go after a long day of classes, studying, cramming for exams… It’s then time to hit our beer bar, Brass & Co, the place to hang out, chill and have a good old time, right plunk in the middle of campus in the Moulon area… We’re much more than just a student lair though, you’ll also find faculty, research staff, office workers and locals too as house regulars… The more, the merrier! Brass & Co ticks all the cool boxes from drinks to food and entertainment. Our taproom offers a wide range of fresh and tasty craft beers from the Brasserie de Sutter, a bit our mother ship.. It’s probably why we’re also known as the “campus brewery.” Our delicious house cocktails and seriously good tapas/pub food are also worth your attention… We are also known as the “spot” on the plateau de Saclay and around for great after-works, often around themed music nights, where you can kick back with colleagues and friends… Thursday nights are usually devoted to live concerts, featuring promising local artists…
